Canatara Park plein air series, plein air is painting outdoors, somewhat challenging since the light changes as you paint, I approach this by painting small and locking in the composition and shadows first. Canatara Park is truly a great place to paint, there are many different types of scenery to be inspired from and an overall quiet and beautiful place to spend the day, even if your not painting, the beaches are as long as a summers day.Link here to Canatara Park painting locations.
