Paint sketch focus on figure compositions and colour lighting,
I like the looseness of the sketch ,trying here to harmonize different elements for a cohesive whole . I appreciate and learned from the impressionists and post impressionists also the loose light and colour paintings,many done plein air there work was something I connected to in that the importance of distilling the essence out of a scene keeping it energized with light and vagueness were elements I was seeking and colour approach was an element becoming increasingly important to my painting at the time,
perhaps I'll paint this again I like the composition.
